On the basis of Article 69 of the Law on Games of Chance (OG 87/09, 35/13, 158/13, 41/14, 143/14, 114/22 and 72/25) and the Ordinance on the organization of prize games (OG 8/10) OLIVAL doo, Susedsko polje 55, Zagreb, OIB 82376582315, brings the next one
RULES OF THE PRIZE GAME
"Care for your skin with Olival Professional, enrich your beauty ritual!"
(hereinafter referred to as: Prize draw)
Article 1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize game is OLIVAL doo, Susedsko polje 55, Zagreb, OIB 82376582315 (hereinafter: Organizer).
Article 2. Duration of the prize game
The prize draw will be held from October 16, 2025 to October 29, 2025 at all BIPA doo points of sale in the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter referred to as: BIPA points of sale).
Article 3. Purpose of the prize game
The prize draw is organized in order to promote products from the Olival Professional cosmetics range (hereinafter: Olival Professional products).
Article 4. How to participate in the prize draw
The prize draw is open to all natural persons with permanent residence or temporary residence in the Republic of Croatia, except for employees of the Organizer and the company New Level doo, Ulica Huga Badalića 31, Zagreb, OIB 99200431992, and members of their immediate family.
Article 5. Right to participate in the prize draw
The prize draw is open to all natural persons with a permanent residence or temporary residence in the Republic of Croatia who purchase any Olival Professional product at any BIPA point of sale in the Republic of Croatia during the prize draw.
The account number must be reported by sending an SMS message with the following content: OLIVAL, account number, first and last name, address (street, house number, town and postal code) to 60777. The cost of one SMS is 0.32 EUR.
By participating in the prize draw, each participant accepts the rights and obligations stipulated in the Rules.
The original receipt, as proof of purchase, must be kept until the end of the prize game and presented upon request by the Organizer when claiming the prize. Each participant may participate in the prize game an unlimited number of times with different account numbers. Each individual account may only be used once. In the event that an invoice with the same number is sent again by the same or a different person, the entry will be declared invalid.
The length of an SMS message is limited to 160 characters, or 70 characters if diacritical marks are used (e.g. č, ć, đ, š, ž). A message whose length exceeds the above limits will be transferred to another message and will be charged as such by the mobile operator. For this reason, it is recommended not to use the above characters in the text of the SMS message.
Article 6. Prize fund
The prize fund consists of:
- 1 x 1,000 EUR on BIPA gift cards (two cards of 500.00 EUR)
- 1 x BIPA gift card worth 300.00 EUR
- 1 x BIPA gift card worth 200.00 EUR
- 10 x Gift packages, individual values 100.00 EUR
- 10 x Gift packages, individual values 50.00 EUR
The total value of the prize fund is EUR 3,000.00.
The organizer undertakes to pay 5% of the total value of the prize fund to the Croatian Red Cross.
Participants in the prize game do not have the right to request different prizes or prizes in larger amounts than those provided for in these Rules.
Article 7. Drawing and announcement of winners
The drawing of prize winners will be held on October 30, 2025 at the Organizer's premises for all entries from October 16 to October 29, 2025.
The winners will be drawn using a computer application, using a random selection method. The drawing of the winners will be supervised by a three-member committee, and a record will be kept of the course of the drawing. The committee will check whether the winner participated in the prize game in accordance with these rules. In the event that their application is declared invalid, the prize will be awarded to the next participant drawn who is entitled to the prize.
The names of all winners will be published within 8 days of the draw on the website www.olival.hr.
Article 8. Receiving awards
The prize cannot be exchanged for money. Upon receipt of the prize, all further obligations of the Organizer of the prize game towards the winner cease. The winner will be notified of the prize and the method of claiming the prize within 8 days of the draw. The winner has 30 days from the date of receipt of notification of the prize.
If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, they will be notified again and will be able to claim the prize within 15 days of receiving the additional notification. If the winner cannot collect their prize in person, an authorized person may collect it from the winner. By participating in this prize competition, participants agree that, if they become prize winners, their personal data (name and surname, address) may be used by the Organizer for the purpose of informing the public about the results of the prize competition without compensation and additional consent from the winner, and that they may be published in printed, audio, visual and video material.
In the event that fewer participants participate in the prize game than the number of prizes provided for by the prize fund, the number of prizes awarded will be equal to the number of participants who participated in the prize game. Prizes that are not claimed will be dealt with in accordance with the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette 87/09, 35/13, 158/13, 41/14, 143/14, 114/22 and 72/25) and the Regulations on the Organization of Prize Games (Official Gazette 8/10).
Article 9. Other provisions
The organizer is not responsible for incomplete, incorrect or late applications. The organizer and persons participating in the competition are not responsible for any possible damage that may arise from prizes or benefits.
The prize game may only be terminated in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, or which it could not have prevented, eliminated or avoided. Participants will be notified of the termination of the prize game on the website www.olival.hr. In such a case, the Organizer shall not be liable to the participants for any possible damage.
The Organizer's decision on all issues related to the prize game or the application of these rules is final and binding on all participants.
Article 10. Publication of rules
The rules of the prize game, including the class, order number and the date of issuance of the approval of the Ministry of Finance, will be published on the website www.olival.hr before the start of the prize game.
Article 11. Processing of personal data
By participating in the Prize Draw, Participants agree that the Organizer collects, processes and publishes their personal data that the participants themselves submitted in the Prize Draw (name, surname, street, house number, city, postal code and telephone number), and uses them exclusively for the purposes of the Prize Draw. By participating in the Prize Draw, i.e. by sending an SMS message or filling out the online form, Participants in the Prize Draw indicate their acceptance of these Rules and, without further questions or approval, authorize the Organizer to collect and process the aforementioned personal data for the purpose of conducting the Prize Draw.
The controller of personal data processing is OLIVAL doo, Susedsko polje 55, Zagreb, OIB 82376582315. The processor is New Level doo, Ulica Huga Badalića 31, Zagreb, OIB 99200431992.
The participant may withdraw his/her consent to the collection and processing of personal data at any time and accepts that such withdrawal also leads to withdrawal from participation in the Prize Draw. The personal data of the prize draw participants will be kept for 120 days after the end of the prize draw, and the personal data of the winners for 5 years after the end of the Prize Draw, after which they will be destroyed, except for the personal data necessary for the announcement of the prize draw winners and the personal data entered in the Winners' Drawing Record. The winners' personal data may be shared with the postal or courier service provider for the purpose of delivering the prizes.
The organizer will take all reasonably necessary measures to ensure that the personal data of participants in the prize game are processed and used securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
The organizer will use the personal data specified in paragraph 1 of this article exclusively for:
1. Announcement of the Winner,
2. Contacting the Winner to arrange delivery of the prize,
3. Delivery of the prize to the Winner,
4. Keeping records of participation in prize games.
By sending an email to info@olivalcosmetics.com, participants in the Prize Draw have the right, regarding personal data processed for the purpose of conducting the Prize Draw:
1. Request access to personal data stored by the Organizer,
2. Request access to information about what personal data stored by the Organizer is used for,
3. Request correction or addition of personal data stored by the Organizer,
4. Request the deletion of personal data stored by the Organizer,
5. Request the cessation of the processing of personal data if there is a reasonable suspicion that their data is not being processed in a defined manner,
6. File an objection to the data collected and processed by the Organizer.
The Organizer may share the Participant's personal data with a third party that provides the service of preparing and implementing the Prize Game, with which the Organizer cooperates, and with a third party that carries out all activities related to the organization of the delivery of the Prize on behalf of the Organizer and for its account. The Organizer is authorized to disclose the Participant's personal data also when necessary to comply with its legal obligations.
The Participant is authorized to change any personal information by sending an email to info@olivalcosmetics.com, in which the Participant is required to provide their name and surname, address and email address, and what information they wish to update.
The Organizer takes technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorized disclosure or access. The Participant is aware of the fact that no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be 100% secure. Although the Organizer implements reasonable safeguards for data protection, it cannot guarantee the protection of any information transmitted to or from the website www.olival.hr and is not responsible for the actions of any third party receiving such information.
Article 12. Resolving complaints and validity of rules
All complaints and claims are resolved by the Organizer. In the event of justified complaints, the Organizer undertakes to correct the deficiencies as soon as possible and to inform the participant and, if necessary, other participants.
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the participants of this Prize Game, the jurisdiction of the court with actual jurisdiction in Zagreb shall be determined.
